Terms & Conditions for TEMPLE OF EROS & COSMIC MASCULINE BUNDLE

These Terms and Conditions of Use are binding. It is your responsibility to read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing the Temple of Eros & Cosmic Masculine Bundle ("the courses").
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the Temple of Eros and Cosmic Masculine self-paced courses provided by Sophie Alexandra Wurr through Wild Rose Wellness. By purchasing and accessing the courses, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any disclaimers included herein.
You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age in your jurisdiction, to purchase and participate in the courses. Access to the courses by minors is prohibited, and I reserve the right to terminate access if such a situation is discovered.
2. Scope of Responsibility
You understand and accept that any physical, emotional, or psychological outcomes, effects, or injuries resulting from the workā€”whether during the sessions, practices, home rituals, or arising at any other timeā€”are entirely and solely your responsibility.
These courses are not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment and do not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical condition. I, Sophie Alexandra Wurr, am not liable or responsible for any actions, inaction, or outcomes resulting from your participation in the courses.
3. Intellectual Property
All practices, materials, and instructions provided within the courses are for your personal use only and remain the intellectual property of Sophie Alexandra Wurr and Wild Rose Wellness.
The content may not be shared, copied, taught, used for any public or private group activity or performance, or reproduced, either partially or in full, in any format without explicit written permission from Sophie Alexandra Wurr.
Participation in these courses does not qualify or certify you to teach any of the content. If a breach of intellectual property is suspected, your access to the courses will be terminated immediately without refund, and you will be blocked from future purchases or engagement with Wild Rose Wellness. Serious cases of plagiarism may result in legal action.
4. Fees and Refunds Policy
All payments made for the Temple of Eros & Cosmic Masculine Bundle are final and non-refundable, as these are self-paced, digital courses with immediate access to the content upon purchase.
Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Technical Issues: Verified technical issues on my end that prevent you from accessing the courses and cannot be resolved in a timely manner.
- Course/Service Cancellation: If the courses are cancelled by me before access is provided.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that there are no refunds or cancellations once access has been granted.
5. Termination of Access
I reserve the right to terminate your access to the courses at any time if I determine that you have violated these Terms. I will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any violations and provide an opportunity to remedy them. However, if the issue is not resolved, your access will be terminated without refund.
I also reserve the right to terminate access if your behaviour is deemed unsafe or inappropriate. Attempts will be made to communicate concerns clearly and provide an opportunity for resolution. If unresolved, access will be terminated without refund.
6. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing the Temple of Eros & Cosmic Masculine Bundle, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Your participation constitutes acceptance of all the terms outlined above.
