Terms & Conditions for The Many Faces of Mary Magdalene Self-Paced Pilgrimage

NOTICE: These Terms and Conditions are legally binding. Please read them carefully before purchasing The Many Faces of Mary Magdalene Self-Paced Pilgrimage.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of and participation in The Many Faces of Mary Magdalene Self-Paced Pilgrimage (“the Pilgrimage”), provided by Sophie Alexandra Wurr, trading as Wild Rose Wellness (“I”, “me” or “Wild Rose Wellness”).
By purchasing the Pilgrimage, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in the Pilgrimage.
2. The Pilgrimage
The Pilgrimage is a digital, self-paced personal development offering. Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the complete collection of recorded ceremonies and accompanying materials through the Wild Rose Wellness online portal.
The ceremonies were originally held as part of a live four-and-a-half-month journey and have been preserved for you to experience in your own rhythm.
The Pilgrimage is entirely self-guided. It does not include live calls, a Telegram group, a participant community, individual therapeutic support or ongoing personal guidance unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
3. Immediate Access and Your Right to Cancel
By ticking the service agreement box at checkout and completing your purchase, you expressly request and consent to receiving immediate access to the complete digital Pilgrimage before the end of the statutory 14-day cancellation period.
You also acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel will be lost once access to the digital content is granted.
This does not affect any statutory rights you may have if the digital content is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied as agreed.
4. Personal Responsibility and Suitability
The Pilgrimage may include somatic embodiment, movement, meditation, nervous-system practices, archetypal work, Sacred Feminine ritual, devotional practice, emotional enquiry and home-based ceremony.
You are responsible for deciding whether each practice is suitable for you and for participating within your own physical, emotional and psychological capacity. You are encouraged to pause, modify or discontinue any practice when needed.
The Pilgrimage is not therapy, medical treatment, crisis support or a substitute for professional medical, psychological or mental-health care. It is not an appropriate offering for anyone currently experiencing an acute crisis or significant destabilisation.
You are responsible for having an appropriate level of self-resourcing and external support in place. If you are unsure whether the Pilgrimage is suitable for you, please contact me before purchasing.
No particular personal, spiritual, emotional, financial or professional outcome is promised or guaranteed.
5. Fees and Payment
The price of the Pilgrimage is the amount displayed at checkout at the time of purchase. You agree to pay the total amount shown before completing your order.
If a payment plan is offered at checkout, it forms a commitment to pay the complete stated tuition across the agreed instalments. Access may be suspended if a scheduled payment is missed and reinstated once the outstanding payment has been resolved.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital, self-paced nature of the Pilgrimage and the immediate access provided to the complete collection of ceremonies and materials, all purchases are final and refunds are not offered once access has been granted.
Please read the sales page and these Terms carefully before purchasing. You are welcome to contact me with any questions so that you can make a clear and informed decision.
If you experience a technical issue accessing the Pilgrimage, please contact me so I can help resolve it. This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.
7. Duration of Access
You will have access to the Pilgrimage for as long as this self-paced temple remains open.
While I may choose to keep the Pilgrimage available indefinitely, it is not sold with a guarantee of lifetime access. I reserve the right to retire, archive, migrate, update or discontinue the Pilgrimage or its delivery platform as the Wild Rose Wellness body of work evolves.
If the self-paced Pilgrimage is retired, you will receive reasonable advance notice so that you have time to continue or complete your journey. I will act reasonably and in good faith, taking into account those who have purchased recently. Where appropriate, alternative access or another suitable arrangement may be offered.
Should The Many Faces of Mary Magdalene later be reborn as a live experience offered by Wild Rose Wellness, the amount you paid for this self-paced Pilgrimage will be honoured as credit towards the live journey should you choose to join.
This credit is personal, non-transferable, has no cash value and is subject to the availability and enrolment terms of the future live journey.
8. Intellectual Property
All original Pilgrimage content remains the intellectual property of Sophie Alexandra Wurr and Wild Rose Wellness. This includes, without limitation:
- Recorded ceremonies, audio and video;
- Written materials, meditations and guided practices;
- Original rituals, teachings and frameworks;
- The selection, arrangement and presentation of historical and esoteric material;
- Course structure, language, graphics, branding and accompanying resources.
Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use the materials for your own private development and devotional practice.
You may not copy, record, reproduce, distribute, share, publish, upload, sell, license, adapt or commercially exploit the materials without my prior written permission. You may not use the recordings, original practices, written content, course structure or my original expression to create or teach your own classes, programmes, ceremonies, trainings or commercial offerings.
Participation does not certify, initiate or qualify you to teach or facilitate any part of the Pilgrimage.
Nothing in these Terms claims ownership over Mary Magdalene, historical information, religious or spiritual traditions, archetypes or ideas existing independently of my original work and expression.
Unauthorised use may result in immediate termination of access without refund and, where appropriate, further legal action.
9. Personal and Non-Transferable Access
Your Kajabi account and access credentials are for your personal use only. They may not be shared with another person or used to provide group access to the Pilgrimage.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for notifying me if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
10. Technology and Availability
You are responsible for having a suitable device, stable internet connection and any software reasonably required to access the Pilgrimage.
While I will take reasonable care to maintain access, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates, hosting-platform changes or circumstances outside my reasonable control.

11. Suspension or Termination
I reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where there has been:
- A material breach of these Terms;
- Unauthorised sharing or commercial use of the materials;
- Fraudulent activity or an improper payment dispute;
- Unresolved non-payment;
- Abusive, threatening or unlawful conduct in communications with me.
Where reasonable, I will notify you of the concern and provide an opportunity for it to be resolved. Serious or repeated breaches may result in permanent termination without refund, subject to your statutory rights.
12. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to the above, I am not responsible for losses arising from:
- Your decision to undertake a practice beyond your own capacity;
- Your failure to follow preparation or safety guidance;
- Circumstances outside my reasonable control;
- The acts, omissions or technical failures of third-party platforms;
- Any indirect or unforeseeable loss.
Your statutory rights relating to digital content remain unaffected.
13. Privacy and Communications
Your personal information will be processed in accordance with the Wild Rose Wellness Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
You will receive essential transactional and service emails relating to your purchase, account, access and material changes to the Pilgrimage.
Any marketing communications will be sent in accordance with applicable law, and you may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Unsubscribing from marketing will not prevent essential emails concerning your purchase or access.
14. Changes to These Terms
I may update these Terms where reasonably necessary to reflect changes in law, technology, delivery platforms or the operation of the Pilgrimage.
Any changes will not retrospectively remove rights already granted to you or materially reduce the core content you purchased without an appropriate reason or remedy.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom or in another country, you retain any mandatory consumer protections available to you under the laws of your place of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits your right to bring proceedings in a court available to you under applicable consumer law.
