Terms & Conditions | Private Advisory for Men

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase of a Private Advisory for Men session provided by Sophie Alexandra Wurr through Wild Rose Wellness. By purchasing a session, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a session.
2. Nature of the Advisory
This is a confidential one-to-one private advisory conversation offering honest feminine feedback, nuanced reflection, and perspective.
This service is not therapy, counselling, coaching accreditation, legal advice, or a sexual service, and should not be considered a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
3. Booking
Following your purchase, you'll receive an email with instructions to book your 75-minute advisory call.
Sessions take place online via Zoom or Google Meet, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Payment, Refunds & Rescheduling
Payment is required in full before your session.
All purchases are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Of course, life happens, and I am always willing to be flexible where genuine circumstances arise.
If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, or repeatedly fail to honour agreed session times, I reserve the right to consider the session forfeited without refund.
5. Confidentiality
Everything shared during your session will be treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a genuine concern regarding serious risk of harm to yourself or another person.
6. Respectful Conduct
This advisory is intended to be a respectful, honest, and mutually enjoyable conversation.
Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour will result in the session being terminated immediately without refund.
7. Acceptance
By purchasing a Private Advisory for Men session you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
