Terms & Conditions for VESSEL 1:1 Mentorship

Effective Date: 4th September 2023

NOTICE: These Terms and Conditions of Use are binding. It is your responsibility to read these Terms and Conditions carefully prior to purchasing the VESSEL 1:1 Mentorship Journey.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and participation in the VESSEL 1:1 Mentorship program (referred to as the "mentorship" and "program") provided by me, Sophie Alexandra Wurr, through Wild Rose Wellness. By purchasing and accessing the mentorship, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any disclaimers included herein. You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age in your jurisdiction, to purchase and participate in the mentorship. Access to the mentorship by minors is prohibited, and I reserve the right to terminate access if such a situation is discovered.

2. Scope of Responsibility

You understand and accept that any physical, emotional, or psychological outcomes, effects, or injuries resulting from the mentorship, whether during the sessions, activities, home practices, or arising at any other time, are entirely and solely your responsibility. I, Sophie Alexandra Wurr, am not liable or responsible for any actions, inaction, or outcomes resulting from the services provided. You acknowledge that this mentorship is not a substitute for therapy or medical treatment and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical condition.

3. Intellectual Property

All practices, materials, and instructions provided within the mentorship are for your personal use only and remain the intellectual property of Sophie Alexandra Wurr and Wild Rose Wellness. The content may not be shared, copied, taught, used for any public or private group activity or performance, or reproduced, either partially or in full, in any format without explicit written permission from me.

Participation in VESSEL 1:1 Mentorship does not qualify or certify you to teach any of the content yourself. If a breach of intellectual property is suspected, your access to the mentorship will be terminated immediately without refund, and you will be blocked from future purchases or engagement with me. Serious cases of plagiarism may result in legal action.

4. Duration and Structure

The VESSEL 1:1 Mentorship may vary in length depending on the package you select. The structure, frequency, and duration of the sessions will be agreed upon at the start of the mentorship. Any changes to the agreed schedule must be communicated and mutually agreed upon in advance.

  • Session Expiration: All sessions included in the mentorship package must be scheduled and completed within 1 - 6 months from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions after this period will be forfeited and are non-refundable.
  • Client Responsibility for Scheduling: It is the client’s responsibility to schedule all sessions within the specified timeframe. While the mentor will provide available time slots, timely booking is essential to ensure all sessions are completed as planned.

5. Fees and Refunds Policy

5.1 Refund Policy

All payments made for the mentorship are final and non-refundable. Emergency refunds will only be considered on a case-by-case basis at my sole discretion. There is NO REFUND if you change your mind, regardless of when you choose to withdraw from the mentorship. Upon purchasing the mentorship, you commit to the full program and its associated fees. You are responsible for full payment of the mentorship fees, regardless of whether you complete the mentorship.

If you have opted for a payment plan, you are required to complete all remaining payments according to the schedule set at the time of purchase.

5.2 Payment Plan

If you have selected a payment plan, you agree to pay all outstanding payments as outlined at checkout, regardless of participation in the mentorship. Payment plans are offered to facilitate your investment in personal growth and development. You are obligated to complete the full payment, even if you choose to withdraw from the mentorship.

If a payment is missed, your access to the mentorship and associated resources will be paused until payment is received. You agree to pay all costs, including debt collection agency fees and solicitor’s costs, that I may incur in recovering any outstanding payments, whether or not legal proceedings are initiated.

6. Termination of Contract

I reserve the right to terminate your participation in the mentorship at any time if I determine that you have violated these Terms. I will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any violations and provide an opportunity to remedy them. However, if you fail to resolve the issue or continue to violate these Terms, your participation in the mentorship will be terminated without refund.

I also reserve the right to terminate your participation in the mentorship if I deem your behavior to be unsafe or inappropriate. I will attempt to communicate any concerns clearly and provide an opportunity for resolution. If the issue is not resolved, your participation in the mentorship will be terminated without refund.

7. Confidentiality

As a participant in the VESSEL 1:1 Mentorship, I commit to maintaining the confidentiality of all personal information shared during the mentorship. Likewise, you agree not to disclose any personal information shared by me or any related materials provided during the mentorship.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing the VESSEL 1:1 Mentorship, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Your participation in the mentorship constitutes acceptance of all the terms outlined above.
