Terms & Conditions for The Many Faces of Mary Magdalene

NOTICE: These Terms and Conditions are binding. It is your responsibility to read them carefully prior to purchasing The Many Faces of Mary Magdalene course.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and participation in The Many Faces of Mary Magdalene course (referred to as "the course"), provided by me, Sophie Alexandra Wurr, through Wild Rose Wellness. By purchasing and accessing the course, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any disclaimers included herein.

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the course. I reserve the right to terminate access if it is discovered that a participant is under the minimum age requirement.

2. Scope of Responsibility

You understand and accept that any physical, emotional, or psychological outcomes, effects, or experiences arising from the course content, live sessions, embodiment practices, or home rituals are entirely your responsibility.

This course is a personal development offering and is not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, or professional mental health support. You participate at your own risk and release me, Sophie Alexandra Wurr, from any liability for outcomes related to your participation.

3. Intellectual Property

All course contentā€”including materials, practices, meditations, rituals, and teachingsā€”remains the intellectual property of Sophie Alexandra Wurr and Wild Rose Wellness. The content is provided for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or used for public or private teaching without explicit written permission.

Participation in The Many Faces of Mary Magdalene does not certify or qualify you to teach any part of the content. Any unauthorised use of the materials will result in immediate termination of access without refund, and serious cases may lead to legal action.

4. Fees and Refund Policy

4.1 Refund Policy

All payments for the course are final and non-refundable after a 3-day grace period from the date of purchase.

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Within 3 Days of Purchase: You may request a refund within the first 3 days, provided you have not accessed significant portions of the course content (to be determined at my discretion).
  • Technical Issues: If verified technical issues prevent access to the course and cannot be resolved in a reasonable timeframe.
  • Course Cancellation: If the course is cancelled by me before it begins.
  • Documented Emergencies: In the event of a serious, documented emergency, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4.2 Payment Plans

If you choose a payment plan, you agree to adhere to the payment schedule outlined at checkout. All payment obligations must be met, regardless of course completion.

  • Missed Payments: If a payment is missed, access to the course and community will be temporarily suspended until the outstanding balance is paid. You will be notified of the missed payment and given a 7-day grace period to resolve it. Failure to make the payment within this timeframe may result in permanent removal from the course.
  • No Refunds on Payment Plans: Payments made as part of a payment plan are non-refundable, even if you decide to withdraw from the course early.
  • Early Payoff: You may choose to pay off your payment plan early by contacting us at [insert email].

5. Termination of Access

I reserve the right to terminate your access to the course at any time if you violate these Terms. Efforts will be made to notify you and allow an opportunity for resolution. However, if the issue is not resolved, access may be terminated without refund.

Access may also be revoked in cases of unsafe, disruptive, or harmful behaviour towards me or other participants. Efforts will be made to address concerns, but unresolved issues may lead to permanent removal from the course.
